Saturday saw us in the heart of The Wirral and then Cheshire for the wedding of Ian and Erin at Greasby Church and then The Mollington Hotel.
The Mollington Hotel used to be called The Mollington Banastre and is one of Chester’s longest standing, most popular wedding venues.
We started at Erin’s parent house in Greasby, The Wirral, for some pre wedding photographs before heading to a nearby pub, where the boys were enjoying a few ‘shandy’s’!
The ceremony itself took place in Our Lady of Pity Church in Greasby before the wedding party headed to The Mollington Hotel for the wedding breakfast.
It seems like the weather from 2010 has carried forward into 2011. It was awful! Startinting with gale-force winds the weather then became a torrid light drizzle – but the happy couple still had a great time and the friendliness of the guests made it a great event.
Thank you to Erin and Ian for allowing us to share the special day.
A few of the many wedding photographs we took yesterday can be seen below.
