The Red Lion is situated in the village of Bunsall Nr Skipton on the border between Lancashire, North Yorkshire and The Lake District.

The village of Burnsall itself is an traditional English village with small shops, church, a winding river and several pubs - one of which is The Red Lion. But this is more than just a public house - it's a beautiful wedding venue. Wedding photographers are spoilt for choice for locations for pictures with a beautiful river bank, patio area and characterful decor indoors.

It's not the largest of wedding venues but for a small wedding it is certainly different and worth a try. It's located a bit 'out of the way', but there are rooms attached to The Red Lion, they have their own B&B and there are several other small hotels nearby for the wedding guests.

Burnsall is beautiful - go for a day out and take a look!
