Set in the old home of The Refuge Assurance Company this characterful venue is set in the heart of Manchester on Oxford St.
A palatial reception area leads to a maze of bars, restaraunts and function rooms - a truly amazing venue to hold your wedding. Friendly professional staff also make this a highly recommended venue.
Even the room rates are very reasonable - in fact the only thing we can think off that counts against this venue is the lack of nearby parking, a problem shared with most Manchester city center wedding venues.

Manchester Town Hall
Manchester Town Hall is one of the significant landmarks in the centre of Manchester and does a good trade in renting its rooms out for weddings. I have been photographing weddings here whilst 2 other ceremonies have been taking place! They must play host to over 300 weddings per year. The interior of the building is superb for wedding photographs (so long as other wedding parties don't want to use the same part of the buildiing at the same time) and outdoors is also very good with the front doors opening out onto the lovely St Peters Square.
A wedding photographers dream, and can be great for wedding couples also. (But consider how your guests will park their cars!)
