The Mansion House, St Helens
The Mansion House in St Helens is certainly a well kept secret. Even a search on Google reveals little (apart from the picture we have shot there!). The building is local authority owned and from the front doesn't look like a place anyone would want to get married in - but move around the back and you will find an old courtyard and derelict greenhouses that give the place a unique character that is great for artistic and moody wedding photographs. You have to be a good wedding photographer to make the most of this wedding venue but the end results can be really good!
