Gawsworth Hall - Cheshire
Gawsworth Hall is a beautiful privately owned country estate set in the heart of Cheshire. The ceremony room is cosy and characteful (and so ideally suited to the smaller wedding) and you can only use a few rooms in the Hall as it is still used by the owners as their home, but the grounds are extensive and perfect for wedding photographers and photography.
Just a few 'downsides'. The floors and carpets are valuable so no heels are allowed, and if you want to use a toilet you have to walk outside to the loos near the cafe.
It is remarkably inexpensive for such a grand wedding venue. (£900 for ceremony only) which is a bargain for this part of Cheshire.
